Even though you write about cakes and sweets and everything, I like how you are so supportive of the soldiers and how much passion you have for food. Do you have any good recipes that are HEALTHY? If you do, you should enter them into this cooking contest I know of that’s making its way around the country. It’s coming to San Anonio on October 2-3 and Houston on October 9-10..it's the Aetna Healthy Food Fight. You can go to healthyfoodfight.com for more details, but the deadline for San Antonio is September 15 and Houston's is September 22th. Oh, and throughout the contest, celebrity cooks will be judging (Bobby Flay, Sunny Anderson, Sara Moulton, or Cat Cora).
